we went to this awesome shop with lots of local art and handicrafts:








and walked around town




then we met our friends at lily's

rob and muriel



and then we went to cedo



cedo is an oceanography center with a whale skelton on display outside.



then we hung out



the kids made a "fire pit" they were really excited about.



the next day, sadly, we had to leave.
we stopped in the desert wildlife preserve again.

this is an ocotillo!


love that macro feature.

the picture isn't as dark anymore. it's so cute!

omg that beaded tiger mask thing in the 3rd picture. holy shit!

That Cedo arch is beautiful. Architecture like that needs to spread north and east a little more whether it's appropriate or not.

The tiles, too.
