first, the obligatory windmill pic:

on the 10, near palm springs. through the windshield.

tucson is the most beautiful city in the world. i want to stop my life for a year and take pictures of it. i want to take pictures of everything.

it was very cloudy and moody. all of these pictures were taken in a moving car.

we saw our friend muriel and her kids. i am usually with her in mexico, but not this time. we hooked up for a short time and let the kids play. i miss her so terribly. she was the witness at our wedding. my best girl. she is looking good lately. it's the tucson sun glow.

god, can i just live in this house please??!!

more moody desert.

i was taking pictures like crazy and i wanted to stop so many times on the way from tucson to rocky point. it is amazingly scenic, and then with the clouds and rain, it was just sensory overload for me. i wanted to stop every 2 miles, oh! and i sw a cross on the road that had a circle of WATERMELON around it. i freaked out but we didn't turn around. there wasn't a place to and it was on the res. so no pictures of that, but we did get to stop at a shrine in mexico that i have always wanted to photograph.

that part's next.
